The demand-side instruments developed by BUILD THE FUTURE consider existing good practice from Plus Energy Buildings (further PEB) projects in different EU Member states and are shaped for the transfer and implementation in various market environments of different European regions according to a mid-term strategic roadmap (7 year perspective).

Within development od demand-side policy instruments (further DSI) following target groups have been addressed and approached:

  • architects, construction engineers and consultants involved in energy efficient building projects
  • (potential) own-home builders
